Charlotte-based Dentsply Sirona office set to move to same building as Dentsply Sirona Academy
Office and warehouse moving to new locations, as centralized team expected to expand on the company’s already stellar customer service reputation

CHARLOTTE, NC (Sept. 13, 2018) – Dentsply Sirona, the Dental Solutions Company™, is proud to announce its Charlotte office is joining its Dentsply Sirona Academy at 13320 Ballantyne Corporate Place in Charlotte. The first official day in the new office is September 17, 2018.
“This move is all about our customer experience,” said Vice President of Marketing Ingo Zimmer. “This brings the entire Charlotte-based Dentsply Sirona team under one roof, meaning an even more streamlined process.”
The Dentsply Sirona Academy is a multi-purpose training facility, showcasing the most advanced and proven dental products in the industry. It is the perfect location for Dentsply Sirona’s cutting-edge hands-on teaching, live lectures and on- demand webinars. It features multiple classrooms, a 288-seat auditorium, seven fully-outfitted operatories and two simulation labs.
“Dentsply Sirona is committed to continuing to be the global leader in dental products, technologies, services and education,” said Zimmer. “This move only strengthens that commitment.”
The Charlotte warehouse is also moving to a new location; its new address is 13321 Carowinds Blvd. in Charlotte, NC 28273. The Charlotte warehouse will house trade-ins, refurbishments and product returns. In August, all customer repairs moved to the York, PA location at 500 West College Avenue, 17401.
